FONTAINE LOOKING FOR SPEED IN THIS SATURDAY'S
SUPER LATE MODEL 75 AT FULL THROTTLE SPEEDWAY
Chris
Fontaine will be looking for some more speed out of his Glenden
Enterprises #47 Super Late Model when he races in the Super Late Model
75 lap race at Full Throttle Speedway in Bradenton, FL this
Saturday, June 15th.
"We were definitely disappointed with our speed
in our first race back there, so we want to get some more speed in the
long runs," Fontaine said.
In last month's Super Late Model 75 at the
track, Fontaine qualified ninth to start the race and finished third.
"The double file restart really played to our
advantage. The way our car was the cautions really helped us to battle
back up there. But, we have got to find some more speed (in practice) on
Friday to help us on Saturday night, he said.
"We want to win. We are third in points since
the last race here was the first race. I am not sure if we are running
the whole series, but we will go race to race, and see what happens,"
Fontaine said.
